Sound familiar? <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fadedsignals.com\/post\/147634247368\/from-1936-the-nbc-radio-facilities-at-the\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/fadedsignals.com\/post\/147634247368\/from-1936-the-nbc-radio-facilities-at-the<\/a><br \/>\nIn Cleveland, Alf Landon was the GOP candidate selected, and Franklin Roosevelt was the democrats choice in Philly. Be sure to click on the image for a bigger-better look. <\/p>\n<p>Below is a soon to be legend in reporting, Robert Trout, in Cleveland with a new CBS portable microwave unit with the antenna in the cane, and a wrist watch microphone. <\/p>\n<p>As a side note, FDR won in the biggest landslide vote in US history.
