This image is from the May 1951 edition of Popular Science and had just changed it&#8217;s title from &#8220;America&#8217;s largest radio studio&#8221; to &#8220;America&#8217;s largest television studio&#8221;. Television was not new to 8H though&#8230;from 1947 and into 1948, &#8216;The Voice Of Firestone&#8217; musical program was done from here with cameras controlled from 8G.
