My favorite t.v. show ever. Even my cell phone ring tone is the whistling of the theme song. I’ll watch them till the day I die, and hopefully even after that.

Lots of scenes from the 1960’s tv series “Combat” were filmed at Franklin Canyon Reservoir.

Bobbie that’s hysterical. The moment I scrolled the shot, I started to whistle the tune.

I used to play in that area. We would sneak under the fence and pick oranges off the trees growing next to the reservoir.

I recently watched each episode on Netflix. I really enjoyed it. I love to hear what things cost and how low Opie’s allowance was. Oh and the cars. I had a Mercury Comet in high school. I see several like mine in every episode.

That would be “sprightly whistling” as the captions informed me every time I ran one of these.
