Vertigo Alert…A View From The Top
I don’t care how much money you offer…I wouldn’t go here! The crews that work on this antenna atop The Empire State Building have one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. Several people have asked to see this again, so here you go. By the way, this is the site of the first television antenna. I think NBC put it up in 1938. Enjoy and share! -Bobby Ellerbee
That makes two of us. 😀
You would have to pay me 10 million plus have all the safety equipment already installed before i would even say yes

Guy on left: “Don’t drop the lockwasher.” Guy on right: “What lockwasher?”
I’d say the person who took this has THE most dangerous job.
This is a shoot for Todd Sonflieth, “the heights guy”.
I would definitely be the one who would be taking the picture.
It’s the business end of the business, and somebody has to do it. Pity tho, as there are fewer who will train and qualify for this kind of work, regardless of money. You need to be young, in good physical shape, fearless, and sober! I used to do this kind of work cheerfully, but not any more as the clock has caught up to me. B|
Reminds me of the day Walden Kirsch and I did a shoot at the top of KGW’s tower, won’t ever forget how much it moved in the wind….
