Television has and is moving well past the old analog era. I see it eventually moving to a point to where videotape is no longer needed. Just as long as they make a good effort to preserve the past. There’s a ton of lost treasures out there.
Tape is just about gone. Budgets are the issue, most companies are not willing to pay the price to preserve the old assets, I see it everyday.
