David Letterman to Retire from CBS in 2015
David Letterman is preparing to announce his retirement from CBS next year. Letterman is expected to discuss his plan to retire in about a year on Thursday’s edition of “The Late Show.”

NBC is currently reporting a 1.33 rating 18-49 for Fallon, .53 for Dave, who skews older. The end of an era, for sure. A class act, I’ll miss the guy who should have replaced Johnny at Tonight.
Fallon is killing him in the ratings. Bring on Craig Ferguson!
Good, I wish he’d focus on comedy and not pushing his political beliefs.

Letterman gave up a long time ago. I remember his show was getting really bad and he talked about being called into the office for a pep talk. It was that obvious.
Oh,well. I’ve never really cared for him. Too aloof, kind of like Alex Trebek.
What are his interns gonna do???
