True story from 1969 CBS was doing a NHL playoff game on the same day as The Masters between Boston and Montreal and the game went to overtime.
The Masters HAD to start at 4:30 PM and CBS knowing full well the Heidi fiasco of a few months earlier was sweating. They knew that the New England market would be horrified but they were going to bail at 4:28.30
Montreal ended the game at 4:28.10
