Yep, a hole for A camera on the far left side of the set (camera left). In the world of 4-camera sitcoms, there’s often a similar deal done for X camera (far right side).

In the pilot episode, there is a shot in the living room. The camera looks like it was bumped and if you freeze the video you can see the bedroom set on the other side of the wall.
